The Software Developer Productivity team at Apple is seeking an experienced Software Engineering Program Manager to lead cross-functional technology initiatives within the Core OS Platform Services and Operations EPM team. • At least 5 years of experience in program or project management in software development.
• Knowledge of software engineering standard methodologies and related dependencies.

• Experience in Build and Release Engineering / Release Management.
• Project Management experience in the software development life cycle.
• Understanding of software build pipelines, merging, test systems and methods, and the delivery of code.
• Familiarity with Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery.
• Experience with DevOps Lifecycle Improvement Initiatives.
• Knowledge of analytics tools such as Splunk or Tableau.
• Knowledge of operating system internals architecture skills and experience.

• Create and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and status documentation for Ops and Workflow initiatives.
• Collaborate with large cross-functional stakeholder groups.
• Serve as a liaison to communicate information regarding requirements, changes, milestones reached, and other pertinent information.
• Present and communicate new feature initiatives, top issues, risks, and critical achievements to executive leadership.
• Drive focus to critical path deliverables and track execution of dependencies.
• Coordinate complex and highly dependent groups of changes through build and integration systems.
• Act as a liaison with the Build EPM team around software program deadlines and milestones.
• Proactively identify risks to software delivery, develop mitigation strategies, and facilitate resolutions.
