In this lead role within Softgoods Engineering at Apple, you will leverage your design experience to define architectures and develop innovative Softgoods products. • BS in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• 7+ years of product design experience with extensive CAD experience
• MS in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• 12+ years of product design experience with NX software
• Previous experience in Softgoods and/or wearables product design
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Define Softgoods architectures for new product designs
• Design, develop, and ship Softgoods products that delight customers
• Integrate electrical and mechanical components into Softgoods
• Collaborate with team members to learn and apply new materials and processes
• Present technical concepts to a multi-disciplinary team
