• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (EE or Physics) and 5 years of equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of RF working experience with a main focus on compliance and standards.
• Knowledge of US Regulatory requirements and standards with experience in testing RF/EMC/EMI compliance.
• Good RF background across multiple wireless technologies like WIFI(6e), BT, and Cellular.
• Excellent communication (verbal and written) and documentation skills.
• Experience with standard RF test lab equipment including spectrum analyzer and signal generator.
• Good understanding of RF systems, schematics, and board layouts.

• Drive various wireless project certification end to end, from development to launch.
