Job description

Join the Wireless Technology and Ecosystems team as a Software Developer on the Apple Pay team, where you will help deliver world-class mobile credential systems. This role involves working across the technology stack to build experiences relied upon by millions. You will contribute to the entire lifecycle of new credential solutions, from conception through implementation and adoption at scale. Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience required
  • 3+ years of software development experience in Swift or Objective-C
  • Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Inquisitive mindset with a drive to tackle problems in innovative ways
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Experience with multithreaded programming
  • Experience with secure coding practices
  • Experience with performance optimization
  • Understanding of cryptographic primitives (RSA, AES, SHA, etc.)
  • Experience crafting secure solutions and designing quality software following best practices
  • Experience in embedded software engineering
