Job description

Apple is seeking a seasoned engineering leader to join the Silicon Engineering team as an Engineering Program Manager. This high-impact role focuses on the development and delivery of world-class Analog and Mixed-Signal IPs for Apple's custom SoCs. The position involves leading complex, multi-generational IP programs that span consumer devices and data center infrastructure. Requirements

  • BS in Electrical Engineering or Electrical and Computer Engineering
  • 10+ years of relevant experience in Analog-mixed-signal IP design, product development, or design engineering management
  • Extensive hands-on design expertise in AMS IPs for SerDes, LPDDR, HBM, PLLs, and/or LDOs
  • Proven leadership in delivering high-reliability AMS IPs for data center infrastructure at scale
  • Demonstrated ability to define and drive multi-generational IP roadmaps
  • Established track record of executive-level influence and stakeholder management
  • Deep expertise in advanced EDA tools and SoC integration across technology nodes
  • History of proactive risk management and crisis leadership in high-complexity programs

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and delivery of Analog and Mixed-Signal IPs for custom SoCs
  • Set technical and program direction from early architecture through mass production
  • Influence and collaborate with engineering teams across the organization
  • Define and drive multi-generational IP roadmaps in alignment with product strategy
  • Manage stakeholder relationships and executive-level communications
  • Oversee risk management and crisis leadership in high-visibility programs
