• 8+ years of Program Management or Technical Program Management experience leading technical programs or cross-functional software initiatives.
• Demonstrated success shipping client applications such as iOS or macOS.
• Proven ability to collaborate closely with engineering teams and make technically informed decisions.
• Strong empathy for users and the ability to reason through product design trade-offs.
• Exceptional organizational skills and ability to track many moving parts at once.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, comfortable engaging with technical and executive audiences.
• Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional programs and drive alignment across stakeholders.
• Experience with rapidly changing information while landing work along the way.
• Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent technical experience is a strong plus.
• Technical background or hands-on experience with software development is a strong plus.
• Experience with location-based services, tracking technologies, or AI/ML-powered location features.
• Familiarity with the Find My network, secure location sharing, or device tracking.
• Prior success delivering programs at the intersection of hardware, software, and services.
• Passion for product quality, user experience design, and attention to detail.
• Experience working at a startup or on major zero-to-one projects is a strong plus.
