Job description

The Find My team is focused on creating a seamless and secure experience for users to locate their devices and share locations. As a Test Engineer, you will work in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with a passionate team to ensure high-quality features that impact millions of users. Your role will involve designing and executing test strategies, driving quality improvements, and managing various deliverables. You will also solve complex problems while working closely with cross-functional partners.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in Quality Engineering.
  • Programming experience in Swift/SwiftUI, Java, Python, or JavaScript.
  • Experience with API automation.
  • Proficient in resolving complex failures using advanced debugging techniques.
  • Understanding of unit, integration, and regression test methodologies.
  • Experience working with Apple devices (iPhone, iPad, Mac, Watch etc.).
  • Strong time management and multitasking skills.
  • Good understanding of the software development lifecycle.
  • BS in Computer Science or equivalent.

Responsibilities

  • Design and execute test strategies for new features.
  • Plan, design, write, maintain, and perform end-to-end test cases.
  • Drive quality and process improvements for features.
  • Report bugs with outstanding isolation and regression techniques.
  • Manage priorities and communicate progress and risks effectively.
  • Collect, analyze, and present results at regular cadence.
  • Collaborate closely with partners in various disciplines.
