Requirements
- 7+ years leading cross-functional hardware and software programs.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Computer, or related field.
- Strong project management skills with experience leading large, multi-functional teams.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Solid understanding of software development lifecycles supporting iOS and macOS platforms.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and risk management skills.
Responsibilities
- Drive the complete lifecycle of repair projects from conceptualization through deployment.
- Develop program plans, establish milestones, and ensure on-time delivery of AppleCare repair programs.
- Partner with engineering teams to define repair requirements and influence product design.
- Identify and communicate cross-functional issues, technical risks, and schedule impacts to stakeholders.
- Coordinate resolution of software defects and repair system challenges.
- Manage end-to-end validation activities and ensure production readiness before launches.
