Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in electrical design, including both digital and analog systems.
- Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Electrical Engineering.
- Familiarity with design and schematic tools.
- Experience with board and system electronic test strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated initiative and methodical problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Product Design, Test, Product Quality, and Supplier Quality teams.
- Drive technical root cause analysis and corrective actions to improve system quality.
- Manage complex cross-functional projects with excellent organizational skills.
- Conduct failure analysis of systems, circuits, and their components.
- Utilize data mining and analysis methods to drive key decisions.
