The Quality EPM role is part of the newly formed ASE Central Release Quality team, focusing on driving a global quality strategy for client and server releases. This position involves defining KPIs, generating insights, and leading Executive Quality Reviews while supporting compliance initiatives. The ideal candidate will manage multiple projects, ensuring alignment across teams and promoting best practices in program management. Requirements
- Over 5 years of Engineering Program / Project Management experience.
- 7+ years of experience working with cross-functional teams on large-scale software development projects.
- Extensive experience in Quality Assurance Engineering and the software development lifecycle.
- Experience with preparing and executing PCI, SOC2, SOX, or other compliance audits.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Define KPIs and generate data-driven insights for quality strategy.
- Lead Executive Quality Reviews and support compliance initiatives.
- Oversee projects from chartering to testing and manage change.
- Document annual compliance requirements and maintain a comprehensive program framework.
- Lead a team of engineers and program managers, fostering collaboration and driving excellence.
