The role of ISE Sr. Engineering Manager focuses on improving the software development and testing processes for Apple's intelligence platform. You will lead a developer tools and quality engineering team, collaborating with managers, engineers, and cross-functional teams to enhance the developer and customer experience. This position requires strong leadership skills and a passion for quality, automation, and efficiency. You will also be responsible for managing project status and expectations with stakeholders.

• BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent
• 15+ years of professional engineering experience
• 10+ years of building and managing engineering teams
• Experience managing multiple teams including other managers
• Proven track record of delivering infrastructure and developer focused tools and automation
• Demonstrated ownership of large cross-functional and multi-team projects
• Proven technical leadership including ML experience
• Strong verbal, written communication, and organizational skills

• Manage and provide leadership for a developer tools and quality engineering team.
• Contribute to the roadmap, platform strategy, and resource planning.
• Own the delivery of platforms, services, and support.
• Foster relationships across Apple and facilitate communication between cross-divisional groups.
• Communicate project status to leads and executives.
