Requirements
- 5 or more years of professional software engineering experience delivering production systems.
- Hands-on experience using agentic systems to accelerate software development and/or operational workflows.
- Strong programming expertise in Python and JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Experience building modern web applications, APIs, or backend services.
- Experience developing automation systems, developer tooling, or workflow platforms.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical partners.
Responsibilities
- Design and build intelligent tooling and automation to improve engineering productivity.
- Identify opportunities for AI-powered workflows to enhance quality, efficiency, and scalability.
- Prototype and productionize systems that leverage agentic coding workflows and automation pipelines.
