Job description

The Analytics Platform team is seeking a visionary leader to advance their client-facing analytics tools and technologies. This role involves providing technical and career growth guidance to team members while defining the team's technical vision. The manager will work with cross-functional teams to plan, execute, and ensure the success of technical projects. A strong technical foundation is essential for guiding the design and development of large-scale analytics tools.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in developing production software using C, C++, Python, or Java
  • 5+ years of experience working with distributed systems such as Hadoop, Spark, or Kafka
  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical thinking to solve challenging problems
  • 5+ years of experience leading a team of software engineers
