• BS degree and 10+ years of relevant industry experience.
• Proven RF/analog and mixed-signal design experience in RF CMOS design.
• Strong understanding of analog design concepts including noise, linearity, and stability.
• Experience with Cadence Virtuoso, Spectre RF, Matlab, and EM simulation tools.
• Direct experience in designing wireless transceivers for mass production in deep sub-micron RFCMOS technology.
• Familiarity with DFT and DFM techniques for mass production environments.
• MSEE or PhD with relevant industry experience.
• Solid understanding of the impact of modulation type on radio architecture.
• Validated capability to collaborate with digital design groups.
• Familiarity with integration flows and challenges of wireless SoCs.
• Good understanding of desense and experience working with RF/HW/Antenna teams.
• Familiarity with mixed-signal mode verification methodology.
• Extensive experience in silicon characterization and debugging.
• Ability to drive strong production test and QA methodologies.
