The ASE AI/ML Engineering Program Manager at Apple Media Products is responsible for shipping Machine Learning and Generative AI features in a fast-paced environment. This role requires strong program management skills and the ability to deliver complex, customer-facing products. The Program Manager will work closely with multi-functional partners to define product roadmaps and optimize feature development processes. • Proven experience in technical product management within the ML/GenAI software development domain.
• 5+ years of program management experience, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of the software development lifecycle from inception to launch.
• Best-in-class communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
• Exceptional critical thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Strong technical proficiency, with program experience in Search and/or Recommendations systems.
• Experience working with online commerce and payment systems with a focus on customer and sales data.
• Experience with Human evaluation and A/B testing methodologies.

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple concurrent ML/GenAI features.
• Cultivate strong collaborative relationships with multi-functional partners to define product roadmaps.
• Spearhead initiatives to optimize feature development and execution processes within the organization.
• Contribute to the overall ML/GenAI strategy for AMP by effectively communicating program status, risks, and mitigation plans.
