Job description

The iPhone team at Apple is seeking a Hardware Design Engineer who is passionate about creating innovative products that impact millions of users. Requirements

  • BS in Electrical/Computer Engineering or equivalent
  • Strong electrical engineering fundamentals including analog and digital design
  • Experience working with dynamic multi-functional teams
  • High speed digital design experience
  • Schematic capture and PCB layout skills
  • Hands-on lab experience with hardware bring-up and debug
  • Fundamentals of signal and power integrity knowledge
  • Understanding of low voltage power regulation solutions
  • Experience integrating hardware into multi-functional systems
  • Familiarity with scripting languages to assist with hardware development
  • Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills

Responsibilities

  • Own the design, integration, and validation of rigid boards and printed flexible circuits
  • Collaborate daily with multi-functional technology teams
  • Push the boundaries of technology in hardware design
  • Take a product from design through to mass production
