Job description
The Electrical Engineer will join the Camera Hardware Electrical Engineering group at Apple, focusing on the electrical design and integration of camera systems for various products. This role involves solving complex challenges related to analog circuit design, high-speed signal integrity, and power management. The team aims to deliver high-quality camera hardware optimized for mass production, setting industry standards. The ideal candidate will be proactive and dedicated to high-quality design, contributing to the development of future camera technologies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
- At least one internship experience as an Electrical Engineer.
- Knowledge of analog and digital circuit design including schematics capture and layout.
- Understanding of signal and power integrity, including high-speed design and PDN analysis.
- Familiarity with layout strategies for substrates, rigid PCBs, and flex circuits.
- Experience with high-speed interfaces such as MIPI, DisplayPort, HDMI, and PCIe.
- Hands-on lab experience with hardware bring-up and debugging.
- Experience in high-volume consumer electronics design for manufacturing, testing, and reliability.
- Knowledge of CMOS image sensors, ISP, or image processing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
