Apple is looking for a seasoned engineering leader to join the Silicon Engineering team as an Engineering Program Manager. This role focuses on the development and delivery of world-class Analog and Mixed-Signal IPs for Apple's custom SoCs. The position involves leading complex IP programs that span consumer devices and data center infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AMS design and program management, driving technical direction from architecture to mass production.
Requirements
- BS in Electrical Engineering or Electrical and Computer Engineering
- 10+ years of relevant experience in AMS design or program management
- Extensive hands-on design expertise in AMS IPs for SerDes, LPDDR, HBM, PLLs, and/or LDOs
- Proven leadership in delivering high-reliability AMS IPs for data center infrastructure
- Demonstrated ability to define and drive multi-generational IP roadmaps
- Established track record of executive-level influence and stakeholder management
- Deep expertise in advanced EDA tools and SoC integration
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and delivery of Analog and Mixed-Signal IPs for custom SoCs
- Set technical and program direction from early architecture through mass production
- Influence engineering teams to deliver high-quality AMS IPs
- Manage multi-generational IP programs across consumer devices and data centers
- Proactively manage risks and lead crisis situations in high-complexity programs
