Job description

The Cellular and Connectivity Team at Apple is seeking a talented individual to contribute to the development of groundbreaking wireless technologies such as Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and GPS. This role involves collaborating with engineers to enhance cellular connectivity solutions for Apple products like the iPhone, Watch, and iPad. The ideal candidate will possess strong embedded programming skills and a user-focused mindset, thriving in a fast-paced environment. You will play a key role in redefining mobile communications and ensuring seamless connections for users.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent field.
  • 0-2 years of experience in embedded system software development.
  • Strong Software Engineering skills including design and programming using C/C++.
  • Experience with scripting languages, preferably Python or Perl.
  • Familiarity with wireless software development, Access Stratum, or cellular protocols is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to write thoughtful and maintainable code.
  • Excellent problem solving, critical thinking, and communication skills.
