Job description
The Product Operations team partners with various engineering and operations teams to lead the development of machine learning solutions. This role involves delivering projects from conceptualization to final deployment, including conducting ad-hoc statistical analyses. The position requires close collaboration with data engineers to create detailed business intelligence solutions. Additionally, the candidate will present analyses to diverse audiences, including executives.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in GenAI applications, machine learning algorithms, software engineering, and data mining models with an emphasis on large language models (LLM) or large multimodal models (LMM).
- Master's degree in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Computer Science, Statistics, Operations Research, Physics, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in GenAI application building with agents and agentic workflows.
- Experience with LLM and LMM development and fine-tuning is a major plus.
- Proficiency in using cutting-edge GenAI tools, such as Claude Code and Roo Code.
- Familiarity with distributed computing, cloud infrastructure, and orchestration tools like Kubernetes, Apache Airflow, Docker, Conductor, and Ray for LLM training and inference at scale is a plus.
- Hands-on experience with LangChain and LlamaIndex, enabling RAG applications and LLM orchestration.
- Ability to present results of analyses in a clear and impactful manner to non-technical audiences.
- Experience applying ML techniques in manufacturing, testing, or hardware optimization is a major plus.
- Proven experience in leading and mentoring teams is a plus.
