The manager will lead a world-class team focused on the development of Bluetooth products and ecosystems in a collaborative and dynamic environment. The role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with various stakeholders both within and outside of Apple. The ideal candidate will take ownership of the product and coordinate multiple aspects to ensure success. Key responsibilities include providing technical leadership and fostering innovation among team members.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering
- 5+ years leading a Quality Engineering team with a track record of managing and delivering large scale projects
- 10+ years of experience in Bluetooth testing with a deep understanding of software and firmware validation processes
- Proficient understanding of the Bluetooth suite of protocols
- Excellent analytical and debugging skills
- Master's Degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering is preferred
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with the engineering team and the program management team
- Make strategic technical product decisions that positively affect the engineering team's ability to deliver embedded technologies
