The Apple Knowledge & Information (AKI) Entity Resolution team is seeking senior and staff engineers to lead software projects that enhance user experiences across Apple's products. This role involves leveraging expertise in various advanced fields such as search, natural language understanding, and machine learning. The successful candidate will be a hands-on technical leader, working closely with subject matter experts to create a seamless platform for personalized Siri experiences. A passion for innovative products and exceptional software engineering skills are essential.

• 8 years of professional software experience
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related fields
• Experience leading software engineering teams and/or projects
• Experience designing and shipping novel systems architectures
• 5+ years of professional experience developing for Apple's platforms
• Experience building voice computing systems or subsystems
• Swift or Objective-C experience preferred, with Rust, C++, or similar also acceptable
• Experience building machine learning-based systems
• Mobile and/or embedded development experience

• Lead software projects that integrate knowledge of the user into Apple's products
• Design, build, and integrate components for a personalized user experience
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to enhance product offerings
• Identify and generalize similar software solutions into libraries, frameworks, or platforms
