• Minimum requirement of a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
• Experience in Finite Element Analysis (FEA)
• Familiarity with Abaqus, ANSYS, COMSOL, or other FEA tools, with a preference for Abaqus
• Experience in analysis involving non-linear materials and boundary conditions
• Strong engineering fundamentals in solid mechanics, dynamics, and fracture mechanics
• Proficiency with statistical data analysis and data visualization
• Experience with 3D CAD, with a preference for NX
• Team-oriented with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Project experience in consumer electronics product design
• Design and/or research experience with haptic technologies
• Experience with automating FEA model creation workflows
• Experience using AI tools to accelerate scripting
• Proficiency with data analysis tools such as JMP, MATLAB, and Excel
• High volume mass production experience
• Experience in material modeling and digital image correlation
• Experience with commercial preprocessing software such as Hypermesh, Simlab, and ANSA
