The position emphasizes the integration of predictive finite element simulations with machine learning to optimize design processes. As a core member, you will engage in rapid design iterations and assess potential risks. Your contributions will directly impact the success of future products like the iPhone, iPad, and Apple Watch.

• Strong expertise in machine learning, deep learning, and optimization.
• Knowledge of finite element analysis and numerical methods in computational physics and mechanics.
• Proficiency in Python and relevant packages for machine learning.
• A Master's degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Mechanical Engineering, or a similar discipline with 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong expertise in GNNs, CNNs, and transformer-based architectures.
• A Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Mechanical Engineering, or a similar discipline is preferred.
• Publications in top journals or conferences are a plus.
