Requirements
- Doctorate in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Econometrics, Economics, Operations Research, Computer Science, or related field AND 5+ years of data-science experience
- OR Master's Degree in a related field AND 7+ years of data-science experience
- OR Bachelor's Degree in a related field AND 10+ years of data-science experience
- 3 to 5 years of Consulting experience
- Experience developing and deploying Agentic AI solutions
Responsibilities
- Leverage data science and business domain knowledge to improve business performance and communicate insights with stakeholders.
- Lead the design and development of Data Science and AI solutions with a team of data scientists and engineers.
- Engage with business stakeholders to drive performance improvement using data and AI.
- Mentor and develop the next generation of data scientists.
- Acquire, prepare, and explore data while ensuring data integrity.
- Apply machine learning and statistical analysis to develop and evaluate models.
- Test and improve models by analyzing performance and incorporating feedback.
- Write and debug efficient and scalable code while collaborating with engineering teams.
- Collaborate with customers to define business needs and create roadmaps for performance improvements.
- Uphold ethical standards by emphasizing Responsible AI principles throughout the process.
- Focus on customer needs to promote adoption and build trust.
- Develop tailored solutions by leveraging in-depth knowledge of Microsoft products.
- Maintain transparency about data limitations to set realistic expectations.
- Proactively seek new knowledge and adapt to trends that improve product performance.
