Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Physics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience in board level design and testing, or 3 years with an advanced degree.
- Experience with lab equipment such as scopes, BERTs, and analyzers.
- Experience with servers and compute platform architecture.
Responsibilities
- Create test plans, coordinate resources, and communicate status updates to cross-functional teams and leadership.
- Perform electrical, functional, performance, and reliability testing for server products.
- Analyze results and incorporate learnings to maintain and improve the qualification process.
- Use lab equipment to collect high precision data and validate high speed interfaces.
- Collaborate with ODMs/JDMs to ensure validation meets Google standards.
- Report bugs and drive corrective action with suppliers and internal teams.
