• Hands-on experience with modern data stack technologies such as Flink, Kafka, dbt, Airflow, Spark, or Iceberg
• Experience with Open Table Formats like Apache Iceberg or Delta Lake
• Solid experience building APIs, services, and distributed systems
• Proven track record of implementing CI/CD, automated testing, and data quality validation
• Experience with cloud and containerized systems such as AWS/GCP, Kubernetes, and Docker
• Experience building internal data platforms or developer-facing tools
• Solid experience with data mesh and 'Data as a Product' principles
• Experience building data foundations for GenAI or ML workflows
• Knowledge of data governance, lineage, and metadata systems

• Design and own data products delivered through software, including curated datasets and APIs.
• Build batch and real-time streaming pipelines and backend services.
• Drive architecture, system design, and engineering standards.
• Collaborate closely with data, platform, and product teams.
