• 5 years of experience working on PCB assembly, design validation, component qualification, data analysis, and scripting.
• 5 years of experience interacting with and manipulating data using SQL.

• Own the overall product quality process, ensuring consistent quality across all stages of development.
• Develop predictive failure models using advanced statistical methods and track key quality metrics.
• Lead the resolution of product issues during manufacturing and field operations using structured problem-solving techniques.
• Communicate with cross-functional teams and management to facilitate informed decision-making on quality initiatives.
