As a Senior Staff Hardware Engineer at Google, you will lead the development of networking systems from initial concepts through deployment and field support. • Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, physics, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience working in a hardware systems design and development technical environment.
• 5 years of experience in technical leadership.
• Experience with enterprise networking system development and production.

• Lead system and hardware design on data center networking hardware solutions.
• Lead systems bring up and execution of engineering validation in the lab.
• Gather requirements, define architecture, execute hardware design and product validation.
• Work with engineering, manufacturing, product, and deployment teams to produce designs and field support.
• Drive products from concept to production, and support products in the field.
