As a SoC Test Engineer in the Silicon Technologies group, you will play a crucial role in designing and manufacturing high-performance, power-efficient processors and system-on-chip (SoC) devices. Your work will ensure that Apple products can efficiently handle tasks that delight millions of users. You will be responsible for crafting and debugging ATE programs and hardware for the characterization, qualification, and production of SoC devices. This position requires collaboration across various functional areas in a fast-paced environment.

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 3 years of experience in semiconductor test engineering.
• Strong programming skills for writing and debugging test programs and hardware development.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as PERL and high-level languages like C/C++ or Visual Basic.
• Deep understanding of ATE testers and test programs.
• Experience working on digital VLSI SoC.
• Expertise in semiconductor test methodology.
• In-depth knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes.
• Understanding of the semiconductor product life cycle.
• Ability to work with test equipment such as oscilloscopes and logic analyzers.
• Willingness to travel.
