Job description

As a Full-Stack Software Engineer on the Capacity Management team at Apple Services, you will focus on building user interfaces for capacity and quota management systems. This role combines frontend development with backend systems knowledge to create intuitive experiences for cloud resource management. You will collaborate with various teams, including finance, product, and design, to ensure efficient resource allocation. Your work will directly impact how engineers across Apple interact with cloud resources.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of professional software development experience.
  • Strong proficiency in React and TypeScript.
  • Experience building complex web applications with a focus on user experience.
  • Experience implementing APIs in user interfaces.
  • Solid understanding of backend development concepts and experience with languages such as Golang, Java, or Node.js.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with version control systems, such as Git.
  • Proven experience with full-stack development.
  • Experience with capacity management, infrastructure, or cloud resource management systems.
  • Proficiency in database design and management, including SQL and NoSQL.
  • Familiarity with cloud computing platforms, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies, such as Docker or Kubernetes.
  • Knowledge of networking and distributed systems concepts.
  • Experience with GenAI technologies and their integration into web applications is a strong plus.
  • Experience building data visualization and analytics dashboards.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality user experiences.
