• Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 10 years of relevant industry experience in RF.
• Expertise in transmitter and receiver architectures and system design.
• In-depth knowledge of cellular radio standards including GSM, UMTS, LTE, and NR.
• Experience in RF roadmap definition and 3GPP scoping towards RF requirements.
• Background in 3GPP RAN working group participation, particularly RAN4, is a plus.
• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills with the ability to thrive in a multi-functional environment.
• Experience in simulation development and scripting, incorporating AI and ML tools into engineering practices.
• Deep understanding of digital communications theory and cellular network design principles.
