Job description

As a Supply Chain Functional Analyst at Apple, you will contribute to building industry-leading business applications that support Apple's supply chain operations. This role requires a self-starter who thrives on challenges and excels in collaborative environments. You will work with multi-functional teams globally to deliver innovative solutions in areas such as procurement, product costing, and demand planning. Your work will directly impact Apple's business by enhancing the efficiency of supply chain processes.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of relevant experience in building Supply Chain ERP solutions as a Functional Analyst in the Demand, Manufacturing, and Supply Planning domains.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in presentation tools like Keynote and PowerPoint.
  • Experience working in a multi-discipline, geographically dispersed team, with team lead experience.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Supply Chain, or a relevant field.
  • Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies.
  • Experience in building business applications for product distribution and demand fulfillment processes.
  • Ability to build KPIs, dashboards, and new process roadmaps for supply chain processes.
  • Experience in writing advanced Microsoft Excel solvers and models, as well as optimization techniques.
  • Experience with SQL and developing data visualization and analytics toolsets.
  • Experience in several full system implementation life-cycles, leading a team of engineers and QA.
  • MBA in Supply Chain or relevant degree and/or certifications in Product Management, Operations, Supply Chain, or APICS are a plus.
