• BS degree in a relevant field.
• MSEE or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering with a focus on Digital Communications and Signal Processing.
• Strong software programming skills for RF/PHY modeling and MAC protocol simulation.
• Proficiency in Matlab, C, and C++.
• Experience with large-scale field and simulation dataset processing.
• Publications or patents in wireless communications or signal processing.
• Knowledge of analog/RF impairments in wireless systems.
• Experience with industry standards such as Bluetooth, Ultra-Wideband, and GPS.
