The Engineering Program Manager will oversee the SoC validation environment within Apple's New Product Introduction factories. This role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams including software, hardware, product, and silicon engineering. The individual will be responsible for managing silicon program schedules and resolving technical issues to support the launch of new Apple products. The position requires a proactive approach to project planning and development, ensuring the delivery of high-quality SoCs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field.
- 3+ years of post-degree experience in silicon validation and/or applicable manufacturing.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
- 1+ years of program or project management experience.
- Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to filter and distill relevant information for the right audience.
- Self-motivated and proactive with creative and critical thinking skills.
- Experience with Python or other scripting languages for data analysis.
Responsibilities
- Manage the factory silicon validation environment for Apple's new product introduction process.
- Drive silicon program schedules and resolve technical issues.
- Contribute to the release of high-quality, state-of-the-art SoCs.
- Work as an individual contributor on a Senior Project Management team.
- Organize and maintain multiple projects simultaneously.
