Job description
As a Cellular System Engineer, you will engage in the architecture stages of innovative cellular SoCs and work with various teams to design, implement, verify, validate, and productize sophisticated transceiver architectures. This role involves both pre- and post-silicon bring up and validation of end-to-end cellular systems. You will map systems algorithms and requirements to hardware and firmware architecture while utilizing simulation and emulation for validation. Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field, with a Master's degree preferred.
- 3+ years of relevant industry experience in cellular systems.
- Strong understanding of communication theory and signal processing.
- Proficiency in Matlab, Python, and C/C++ for analysis and automation scripting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in a multi-functional environment.
- Experience in the design and bringup of wireless communication systems.
Responsibilities
- Engage in architecture stages and collaborate with product development groups.
- Perform pre- and post-silicon bring up and validation of cellular systems.
- Map systems algorithms and requirements to hardware and firmware architecture.
- Utilize simulation and emulation for validation of control flows and algorithms.
- Apply AI/ML techniques on real-world data sets to solve engineering problems.
- Use lab equipment efficiently for the bring up of real silicon in the lab.
