Job description

The Cellular System Engineer role involves building innovative hardware and software for modern RF transceivers and cellular SoCs. You will engage in architecture stages and collaborate with various teams to design, implement, verify, validate, and productize sophisticated transceiver architectures. This position focuses on the pre- and post-silicon bring-up and validation of end-to-end cellular systems. You will also work on mapping system algorithms and requirements to hardware and firmware architecture.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field, with a preference for a Master's degree.
  • 3+ years of relevant industry experience in cellular systems.
  • Strong understanding of communication theory, signal processing, and calibration algorithms.
  • Proficiency in Matlab, Python, and C/C++ for analysis and automation scripting.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in a multi-functional environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in the design and bring-up of wireless communication systems.

Responsibilities

  • Engage in architecture stages for cellular SoCs and RF transceivers.
  • Design, implement, verify, and validate sophisticated transceiver architectures.
  • Conduct pre- and post-silicon bring-up of end-to-end cellular systems.
