The Worldwide Logistics Operations Program Manager at Apple is responsible for defining and executing the global air and ocean logistics operations strategy. • 7-10 years of experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, Transportation, or Industrial Engineering
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• MBA is preferred
• 5+ years of senior program management experience in global air and ocean operations
• Strong strategic thinking and program leadership capability
• Demonstrated executive presence and experience presenting to senior leadership
• Deep industry knowledge of global air and ocean markets
• Advanced analytical capability and strong Excel/Numbers proficiency
• Proven ability to work in ambiguous, fast-paced environments

• Define and drive global air, ocean, and multi-mode operations strategy in partnership with regional logistics and BPR teams
• Establish lead time SLAs and service levels for both Air and Ocean in collaboration with regional logistics and procurement teams
• Centralize visibility and standardize execution management across regions
• Monitor global market conditions and implement proactive risk mitigation strategies
• Hold suppliers accountable for on-time performance and data quality
• Develop key management systems and KPIs for supplier account teams and executive-level performance reviews
• Ensure logistics operational readiness for product launches
• Align cross-functional stakeholders to meet speed and service targets
• Develop and implement Supplier Engagement management scorecards
• Track and drive measurable progress toward 2030 decarbonization goals
• Influence executive stakeholders through clear communication and data-driven recommendations
