• BS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Mechatronics, or equivalent with a minimum of 3 years relevant industry experience.
• Practical knowledge in electrical design and analysis with hands-on experience using common electronic instrumentation.
• Hands-on programming skills in C/C++ and Python for embedded systems and mechatronics integration.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• MS or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Physics, or related fields with a minimum of 5 years of relevant industry experience preferred.

• Own the integrated architecture of precision test stations including mechanical fixtures and motion control systems.
• Collaborate closely with hardware, software, and operations teams to deliver intelligent test solutions.
• Explore advanced sensing technology and deploy innovative test infrastructure for mass production.
• Design robust and scalable test solutions for high-throughput production environments.
• Work with external vendors to integrate test solutions and develop complex algorithms for signal processing or control.
