Apple's Cellular Software team is looking for motivated engineers to work on innovative cellular technologies. The focus of this role is on optimizing cellular power and thermal performance for devices like iPhone and iPad. Team members will engage in various aspects of Cellular Protocol software to enhance user experience and ensure seamless connectivity. Requirements
- Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent field.
- 0-2 years of experience in software engineering skills including design and programming using C and C++.
- Experience in scripting, preferably in Python or Perl.
- Strong interest in modem power management system and software architecture.
Responsibilities
- Identify and optimize cellular power and thermal performance.
- Debug and enable critical power features for Apple cellular projects.
- Achieve power and thermal objectives for cellular technologies.
- Troubleshoot complex conditions between software and hardware power management flows.
