Job description
As an RFIC Design Engineer, you will be part of a dynamic team responsible for providing RFIC solutions for wireless SoC and driving them to mass production for Apple's Wireless Connectivity products. You will work on architecting, developing, and validating radio transceivers integrated into advanced wireless SoCs. The role involves collaborating with various product development groups to innovate and enhance wireless technologies. Your contributions will directly impact the user experience across millions of products worldwide.
Requirements
- BS degree and 10+ years of relevant industry experience.
- Deep understanding of analog design concepts such as noise analysis, linearity, and stability.
- Experience with Cadence Virtuoso, Spectre RF, Matlab, and EM simulation tools.
- Direct experience in mass production of wireless transceivers in deep sub-micron RFCMOS technology.
- MSEE or PhD with relevant industry experience.
- 10+ years of RF/analog and mixed-signal design experience in RF CMOS design.
- Familiarity with RF transceiver architectures and their trade-offs.
- Proven capability to work with digital design groups for optimal partitioning between digital and analog domains.
- Familiarity with integration flows and challenges of wireless SoCs.
- Extensive experience in silicon characterization and debug.

- Provide RFIC solutions for wireless SoC and drive them to mass production.
