Requirements

  • 8+ years of relevant experience in software and program management.
  • Strong software project management skills with experience leading large, multi-functional teams.
  • Proven track record of managing programs end-to-end, from initial design through launch.
  • Proficiency in leveraging Generative AI tools and LLMs for program management workflows.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with confidence presenting to executive leadership.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to empower teams and foster collaboration.
  • Solid understanding of Apple operating systems, including iOS, macOS, iPadOS, and watchOS.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and deliver complex, multi-functional initiatives end-to-end.
  • Collaborate effectively with multiple cross-functional teams to drive project features.
  • Leverage data from diverse sources to generate insights and guide program direction.
  • Engage in technical discussions with engineering partners on customer-facing Generative AI initiatives.
  • Measure program impact, evaluate ROI, and manage cost allocations for internal initiatives.
  • Work alongside Human Interface (UI/UX) partners to deliver impactful product experiences.
