The Timing Radio Integration Engineer will be a vital member of the wireless SoC design group, focusing on integrating next-generation wireless SoCs into high-volume production. This role is part of a world-class modem team responsible for developing and validating radio transceivers within sophisticated wireless systems-on-chip. The engineer will work closely with various engineering disciplines to enhance wireless connectivity solutions for Apple products. This position requires a strong background in both analog and digital design to ensure optimal performance and integration.

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field with a minimum of 10 years of relevant industry experience.
• Experience with analog and digital timing closure tools such as NanoTime and PrimeTime.
• Familiarity with custom analog blocks in radio transceivers, including digital PLLs and RX/TX datapath IPs.
• Proficiency in using Cadence Spectre analog design tools for running analog simulations.
• Master's degree in Electrical Engineering with extensive experience in top radio level timing and digital verification.
• Knowledge of digital power analysis tools like PTPX for evaluating digital radio blocks' power profiles.
• Solid digital background in RTL design, synthesis, and FE-STA.

• Integrate and bring next-generation wireless SoCs into high-volume production.
• Collaborate with digital teams to architect high-speed data paths and DSPs.
• Utilize ATPG and DFT support for SOC scan debug chains and their timing.
• Verify signal integrity and connectivity at the radio level using analog modeling and netlist verification tools.
