As a Hardware System Integrator at Apple, you will leverage your engineering expertise to collaborate with cross-functional teams in the development of innovative consumer electronics. Your role will involve solving complex engineering challenges and ensuring the successful transition of products from concept to mass production. You will work with state-of-the-art test equipment to characterize circuits and validate designs. This position also requires occasional travel to work alongside manufacturing partners.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- 5+ years of relevant industry experience designing consumer electronics and/or embedded systems.
- Strong Electrical Engineering fundamentals including analog/digital design and signal/power integrity.
- Hands-on experience in prototyping, bring-up, debug, and validation.
- Familiarity with leading SiP & PCB technology and design for manufacturing & assembly processes.
- Expertise in board CAD tools including Cadence Concept & Allegro.
Responsibilities
- Select components, design schematics, and direct layout for circuit designs.
- Bring up and debug circuits in the lab using advanced test equipment.
- Define test criteria and execute test plans on functional prototypes.
- Collaborate with various teams including PD, DFM, RF Design, Software, and HW test.
- Work alongside manufacturing partners to ensure product success.
