• 8+ years of hands-on software engineering experience with a focus on platform or infrastructure domains.
• Strong proficiency in the Python ecosystem, including FastAPI, Pydantic, and Pandas.
• Experience leading technical partnerships with Data Scientists or Researchers.
• Strong expertise in API design and platform infrastructure.
• Operational excellence background with CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and monitoring.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field; Master's preferred.
• Deep familiarity with AI evaluation frameworks and modern evaluation tools.
• Experience in deploying and managing evaluation services in production.

• Lead the architectural design and development of high availability services for AI evaluation.
• Partner with researchers to operationalize innovations and create developer-first platforms.
• Drive engineering standards, ensuring code quality, automation, and testing rigor.
• Design and implement APIs, SDKs, and platform services for self-service evaluation.
• Own the deployment, scaling, and operational health of evaluation services.
• Instrument production ML evaluation pipelines to track performance metrics.
• Manage the engineering challenges associated with Generative AI and Agents.
• Navigate ambiguity to deliver complex technical roadmaps from scratch.
