Job description

The Engineering Program Manager (EPM) at Apple will lead critical Generative AI initiatives, overseeing the delivery of complex GenAI systems from research to deployment. This role requires a deep understanding of the GenAI stack and exceptional skills in managing dependencies, risks, and schedules. The EPM will work within a dynamic team focused on building conversational AI systems for various business challenges. Requirements

  • 10+ years of progressive experience in technical program or project management.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience managing programs in Machine Learning, Data Science, or Generative AI.
  • Deep conceptual understanding of Generative AI architecture including LLMs, Embeddings, Vector Databases, and RAG.
  • B.S in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent related work experience.
  • Experience in leading programs in waterfall, scaled agile, and agile modes.
