  • Strong fundamentals in electrical engineering with an understanding of E&M physics and system architecture.
  • Working knowledge of design and validation requirements for low-speed and high-speed digital interfaces.
  • Experience in circuit design across various domains including power, digital, analog, and high-speed communications.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience with schematic capture and PCB layout using Cadence tools or similar.
  • Experience with PCB bringup and debug using standard EE lab equipment.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement electrical subsystems for iMacs.
  • Conduct schematic capture and coordinate layout of multilayer PCBs.
  • Perform simulation, bringup, debug, and validation for Macs.
  • Support factory build processes and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Engage in complex data analysis, data visualization, and script development.

Benefits

  • Employees at Apple are often offered comprehensive benefits that support physical and mental well-being—flexible medical plans, confidential counseling, onsite wellness centers at major campuses, and resources for fitness and daily life. Families typically receive fertility support, paid parental leave with gradual return, caregiving leave, and dependent-care guidance, while financial perks commonly include stock grants (with purchase discounts), 401(k) matching, and income-protection coverage. Employees also see robust time off, Apple University learning and tuition reimbursement, donation matching and paid volunteer hours, and deep product and partner discounts.
