Job description

Apple is seeking a dynamic Program Manager to join the Retail Finance PART team, focusing on process, analytics, reporting, and technology solutions. This role involves partnering with finance, operations, strategy, analytics, and IT leads to optimize processes and deliver user-centered solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing large technical projects and will be responsible for bridging business stakeholders and engineering teams. Success in this position requires exceptional analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to influence and collaborate across various levels of the organization.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in program and/or portfolio management
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Computer Science, Engineering or related field
  • Proven track record of leading strategic programs while executing tactical project-level activities
  • Experience planning, managing, and delivering large-scale, cross-functional systems projects
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills to all levels of an organization
  • Knowledge of accounting principles, financial statements, and financial modeling
  • MBA or technical graduate degree is a plus
  • Experience in finance, internal tools or SAP is desirable

Responsibilities

  • Partner with leads in finance, operations, strategy, analytics, and IT to drive optimization through process, data, and technology solutions
  • Work directly with business stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver user-centered solutions
  • Think strategically while managing the details of all key deliverables
  • Connect the dots and build trust between groups to orchestrate successful project activities
