• Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience in supply chain program management including build management and supplier management.
• Configuration management and Bill of Material (BOM) experience.
• Proficient in Excel or Numbers and capable of learning new software applications quickly.
• Effective reciprocal communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong strategic critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Strong work ethic with attention to detail and ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.

• Drive NPI build planning activities and manage build matrices for components and assemblies.
• Build strategic partnerships with internal and external partners.
• Develop risk mitigation plans and execute issue resolution.
• Run material forecasting and planning with key module and component vendors.
• Conduct CTB (Clear to Build) analysis and reporting.
• Manage logistics readiness, budget, procurement, and configuration management activities.
