Job description

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, electrical engineering, or equivalent experience
- Strong C/C++ programming skills with attention to code quality, performance, and maintainability
- Solid understanding of systems programming concepts such as memory management, concurrency, state machines, and event-driven architectures
- Strong analytical and debugging skills with the ability to solve complex problems
- Experience with Objective-C, Objective-C++, or Swift
- Experience with real-time operating systems (RTOS), embedded systems, firmware, device drivers, or low-level system software
- Knowledge of real-time audio or wireless technologies
- Passion for product ownership and a track record of delivering features end-to-end
Responsibilities
- Design and implement new features for Apple's accessories and headphones
- Debug Bluetooth protocol issues and optimize audio latency
- Develop software solutions for both embedded firmware and system software on iOS/visionOS devices
- Collaborate with team members to enhance the user experience across the Apple ecosystem
- Take ownership of critical software components and ensure their performance and reliability
